Well friends and foes are kind of pointless but it shows who you are close to on the forum as well as gives you an easy link to their profile from your profile. To do it is Simple, go to the "Profile" link in the nav bar. Click on "Friends and Foes" (Pic included) The you get to a pretty self explanatory page.
